🎁 Combined Orders
If you place multiple orders close together, we may combine them into one shipment where possible. If you require separate shipping, please let us know as soon as possible after placing your order.
📮 Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to the postal service, delivery is outside of our control. However, if your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll happily assist where we can.
🕯️ Fragile & Curated Items
Some items—such as candles, jewellery, and curated gift boxes—are packaged with extra care. While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged.
