Are the books new or pre-loved?
Our Blind Date With a Book selections may include new or gently pre-loved books. All pre-loved books are carefully checked to ensure they are in excellent condition before being sent.
Can I choose my genre and trope?
Yes! You can select your preferred genre and trope when ordering. These act as a guiding preference so we can curate the best possible match while keeping the surprise intact.
What if I’ve already read the book I receive?
Because our books are a surprise, we can’t guarantee you won’t receive a title you’ve read before. However, we do our best to curate thoughtfully. If this happens, many customers enjoy gifting or swapping their book with a friend.
Can I request content warnings or avoid certain themes?
Absolutely. You can leave notes at checkout with any content concerns, triggers, or preferences, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
Will you tell me the book title before shipping?
To keep the magic alive, book titles are never revealed prior to shipping.

Yes. Always follow the care instructions provided, including never leaving a candle unattended and keeping it away from flammable items.

Our Kindle cases are designed to fit specific Kindle models. Please check the product description carefully to ensure compatibility before purchasing.
Are bookmarks, journals, and accessories sold individually?
Yes! Many of our bookish items can be purchased on their own or as part of a box, depending on the product listing.
Will the product I receive look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent items accurately. Due to lighting, handmade elements, or batch variations, small differences may occur, adding to the charm of each piece.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
