At The Guilded Grimoire, every order is carefully curated and packed with intention. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask that you read the following policy before purchasing.
📦 Change of Mind
Due to the curated, surprise, and personalised nature of many of our products—including Blind Date With a Book and Blind Date With a Book boxes—we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
This also applies to:

📖 Blind Date With a Book Disclaimer
As book titles are intentionally kept a surprise, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you:

Receive a book you’ve already read

Do not enjoy the book

Would have preferred a different title
Genre and trope selections are used as a guiding preference to curate your order while maintaining the surprise element.
🕯️ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The outer packaging
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
📮 Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the incorrect item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
🚚 Lost Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the postal service, we are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels. However, we’re always happy to assist you in lodging enquiries or claims where possible.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
🎁 Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless deemed faulty.
